Q. How does my team qualify or register with allsportsprofiles.com?

A. There are no qualifications to be a member of allsportsprofiles.com. You, or your team, have to be a registered member of allsportsprofiles.com, and have paid your annual membership fees. A team pays an annual fee of $250, and individuals not associated with a team pay a $25 annual fee. An annual membership form must be filled out completely by a team coach, manager or individual athlete. [Request Form]

Q. What do we get from this annual fee?

A. This annual fee will provide your team or the individual athlete with the following tools:

• Your teams own webpage or an individual athlete's webpage on allsportsprofiles.com's website. We will manage the site for you; you update the content through simple forms and drop down boxes.
• Each athlete gets an individual profile page with a secure userid & password to update his or her own personal profile information, achievements, and their pre- and post-High School athletic and academic accomplishments. [Sample Profile]
• Each athlete will be able to select from a list of registered colleges, which will allow the athlete to communicate with the coaches via email. The athletes can email, a "Letter of Interest", tournament schedules and notification of updated profiles, or other communiqués to help them keep their name in front of coaches, scouts, recruiters and managers.
• A Profile Generator, which creates a printable individual or complete team profile with:
  • A Home Page with team logo, coaches name & e-mail
  • Team roster page
  • Individual athlete profile page(s). Your team manager will be able to print out the latest updated version of the team's profile right before a tournament and make copies to hand out to coaches, scouts and recruiters who are watching your team during the tournament.
• Secure access for coaches, managers and the individual athlete, to an administrative control panel, which will allow them to manage the team's and the individual athlete's personal information, confidential player evaluation form, team stats and any other information they may have. They can also track progress and highlight successes easily, for all athletes, using our global athlete update tool.
• An online calendar to provide athletes & parents with daily events, which include the following:
  • Practice schedule with time & location with a link for driving directions
  • League game schedule with time & location with a link for driving directions
  • Tournament schedule with links to tournament hosts' website
  • Personal calendar for each athlete which is private only to that athlete
  • Email notification sent to individual athlete or groups with changes or updates in schedules or locations.

Q. How do I submit a request for expense contribution?

A. Authorized personnel on your team must fill out our expense request form. Our Board Directors and Accountant will review your request and notify you within 72 hours if your request has been approved. [Request Sample Reimbursement Form] To comply with NCAA rules, individuals can neither submit reimbursement forms nor can they receive reimbursements.

Q. How am I to be reimbursed?

A. Your team will pay for the expense up front. They will then send or fax a copy of the receipts to us along with a copy of the expense request form. We will need a copy of original receipts and a copy of charge card or bank statements showing the expense as having been incurred. We will then audit the receipts against the expense request form. Once verified and approved, allsportsprofiles.com will submit a check to the cardholder or the bank account owner for the amount approved by our Board of Directors.

Q. How do colleges & college coaches get access to our team's profile?

A. Colleges and their coaches must be registered with allsportsprofiles.com. This is a free service for them, but we follow a strict verification procedure to ensure their identity for security reasons. Once approved, they have access to all athletes' profiles - within the sport the coach has registered for - who have registered with allsportsprofiles.com by using our search engines. They will be able to find you by the athlete's personal ID#, the athlete's name, team name, team coach, position, state, and more.
