- Q. Why would a parent allow their son or daughter's profile to be published?
- A. allsportsprofiles.com is trying to make your life simple by providing the athlete with a secure web site to post their athletic and academic achievements. We also make it easy to send letters of intent to the colleges of their dreams. The athlete, parent or team manager and coach can update their profile and personal pages online as often as they wish. They can keep in constant communication with college coaches and their staff. Athletes can email their letters of interest, update profile information, and tournament schedules with just a click of the mouse.

allsportsprofiles.com provides a complete list of ALL registered Universities, along with the coach's contact information pertaining to each individual's sport of interest.
By selecting your choice of schools, any time you update your profile or personal pages, you will be able to send out a notification, via email, to those coaches or staff members automatically, for them to review.
The calendar we provide is a very powerful tool in itself. Everyone is always looking for a paper calendar and wondering whether it is up to date. Well, STOP! You no longer have to worry. allsportsprofiles.com provides an online calendar that the coach will be able to enter practice times, league games, and tournaments for the team, plus athletes have their very own personal calendar to be used for whatever they wish. The team manager can add driving directions and game times, hyperlinks to tournament information and more.
If an event is cancelled or changed, an automatic group email will go out to all players and parents with the change of information. By simply clicking on the reply button on your email, the manager will then be informed of your confirmation. The team manager will be able to view a list of those parents or athletes who have not confirmed that they received the change and who will require a phone call.
- Q. Can anyone see my personal information on the web site?
- A. Absolutely not! The athlete's personal information is NOT available to the general public, only their athletic information. A person wanting to view personal information must be registered with allsportsprofiles.com.
- Q. How is my information secured?
- A. Only those that have permission, such as the athletes and their parents, team coaches and managers, and college coaches registered to that specific sport can access your personal information. College coaches are not allowed to see personal contact information unless the athlete agrees to our online waiver agreement. Without approval of the waiver, college coaches will need to work through the team's coach to make contact with the athlete.
- Q. What purpose does the waiver agreement serve?

A. By agreeing to our waiver
agreement, you are giving allsportsprofiles.com the permission
to allow college coaches and their staff, to view the athlete's profile
& personal pages. In order to allow college coaches and their staff
to view the athletes personal information, you will need to indicate
that you accept the terms of the waiver agreement when you register
with allsportsprofiles.com. When you submit this form with your decision,
an email will be sent to the athlete, the parent or guardian, and
the team manager informing them of your decision. The waiver decision
will take effect immediately. Athletes may turn this on or off as
often as they choose. If an athlete does not agree to the allsportsprofiles.com
waiver, we will only display the coaches contact information.
- Q. Can parents get their own user name & password to have access to their son or daughter's profile?
- A. Yes, the online setup form will ask if you have a requirement for more than one user name & password.
- Q. How much will this cost the parents?
- A. Very little. Each team will submit an annual fee of $250. For a team with 18 players, that comes out to only $13.88 per player per year. The return on this small investment will make a large impact, not only on your personal pocketbook, with the financial benefits that will be returned to the team or athlete, but also on the access to and visibility of college coaches to your athlete.
- Q. What if my son or daughter is not associated with a team or if my team is not associated with allsportsprofiles.com?
- A. Individual athletes not associated with a team or if they are on a team that has not registered with allsportsprofiles.com can still register with us for a $25 annual fee.
- Q. What if the athlete's team subsequently registers with allsportsprofiles.com or they join a team that is already registered with allsportsprofiles.com?
- A. We will move all of the athlete's information over to that team and the athlete will no longer be required to pay the $25 annual fee. Fees already paid will not be refunded unless you have special circumstances, which will need to be approved by the allsportsprofiles.com Board of Directors. You may write to our Board of Directors, within 30 days of the change, explaining your special circumstances.
- Q. How do I register with allsportsprofiles.com?
- A. If you belong to a team, you should first make your coach and your teammate's parents aware of all that allsportsprofiles.com has to offer. You may also want to petition the association to join, as this would help to reduce your team's costs. If you do not belong to an affiliated team, you may join as an individual. [Request Form]
- Q. How do I submit a request for expense contribution?
- A. Authorized personnel on your team must fill out our expense request form. Our Board Directors and Accountant will review your request and notify you within 72 hours if your request has been approved. [Request Sample Reimbursement Form] To comply with NCAA rules, individuals can neither submit reimbursement forms nor can they receive reimbursements.
- Q. How am I to be reimbursed?
- A. Your team will pay for the expense up front. They will then send or fax a copy of the receipts to us along with a copy of the expense request form. We will need a copy of original receipts and a copy of charge card or bank statements showing the expense as having been incurred. We will then audit the receipts against the expense request form. Once verified and approved, allsportsprofiles.com will submit a check to the cardholder or the bank account owner for the amount approved by our Board of Directors.
- Q. What do you ask in return from the athletes?
- A. allsportsprofiles.com would like to see the athletes make an effort to do some type of volunteer work in their community, to help others that are less fortunate. We have found that this is an important element for colleges; it shows compassion and concern for their fellow man and woman.
